1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Cayman Islands) We offer standard shipping to all areas within the Cayman Islands. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
3. International Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance, which may cause additional delays beyond our control.
4. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over KYD $65. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Timeframes Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders and may take longer for international destinations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Elite Market is not responsible for delays due to customs.
